Southern Coast of Crimea - is a main chain of Crimean mountains. Breeze blowing from the sea make possible to fly all along the steep slopes overlooking the Black sea. One of the most popular site here is Ai-Petri (easily accessible launching spot, situated 1200 m. above sea level). Klementieva mountain - situated near Feodosia and Koktebel. Perfect location, slopes overlooking different direction, great valley at the bottom. It makes Klementieva the most popular place in Crimea for paragliding and hang-gliding. All of the competitions take place at Klementieva. Another popular site is Taz-Tau. Taz-Tau is a mountain, northern end of Chatyr-Dah massif. It possible to fly here only at northern wind.
