Rock climbing in Crimea: there are at least 4 very popular sites with about hundred of equipped routes each. These sites: Nikita, Red Stone, Simeiz, Uarch-Kaya. Other a little bit less popular sites are: Bakhchisaray, Parus, Sudak etc. All in all there are more than one thousand equipped routes in Crimea. Most of climbing sites are situated near a sea. In Simeiz one of rocks is just on a beach. Warm climate and mild winter makes it possible to climb during almost the whole year. At least from middle of March till middle of November.

Multipitch climbing: all of the multipitch routes are overlooking the Black sea. There are many equipped 2 to 11 pitches routes. Probably most popular sites for multipitch climbing now are Foros, Uarch-Kaya, Marcheka. All of the routes in Crimea are limestone only.
