Outdoor activities are very popular in Ukraine. Probably the most popular will be skiing and snowboarding (ski resort Bukovel, Slavskoe etc.). Second most popular outdoor activity will be hiking (Karpaty and Crimea), then rock climbing and multipitch climbing (mostly Crimea), caving, mountain biking, paragliding, hang-gliding etc. Definitely the most convenient area for most of outdoor activities is Crimea. Crimea is a mountainous country with steep Southern slopes, pine trees, oak-beech forests. Crimea is excellent for most activities, excluding only skiing and snowboarding (too warm and winter is always unpredictable).
