Chatyrdag mountain upper plateau

Chatyr-Dag mountain has upper and lower plateau. The highest peak of mountain is 1527m. above sea level (the background of this image).

Crimean mountains are young, not high (1545m. is highest peak). Southern slopes are rather steep. Rocks are only limestones. Mountain plateaus lie on the height of about 1200m.
