View on the Belbek valley. Photo was taken from a Crocodile mountain (local name). At the bottom of the steep rocks is the Belbek river. Valley ends by the Ai-Petri mountain (Nothern slopes, village Sokolinoe).

Crimean mountains are young, not high (1545m. is highest peak). Southern slopes are rather steep. Rocks are only limestones. Mountain plateaus lie on the height of about 1200m.
