Monument to Duc de Richelieu is situated in the very center of Odessa, on the top of Potemkin stair, in the center of Primorsky boulevard. To the left from statue is Londonska hotel. To the right is Vorontsov Palace. Duc de Richelieu was a Governor of Odessa till 1814.
